    I would argue the lack of flags everywhere is because the racist flag-shaggers have jumped onto them which has meant some people don't want to be accidently associated with them. If England get further playing "good" football then that might reverse. ...

    Gauge it when the knock outs start. When there’s a whiff of the team doing well they’ll be back in abundance. I do think the flag shaggers have put people off though.
