The 1998/99 saw, for the first time ever, 9 issues of H&V.  Lucky subscribers who had paid previously for 8 issues got May's free.

Now, we're not promising to do that again, but should it happen people who subscribe from Issue 69 (the first of the season) will get a ninth one (if it exists) free.
