Both of the saved penalties were very poor, the Nunez one in particular was pretty obvious which side he was going and was the easiest height for the keeper.

PSGs first penalty was brave and could have easily been saved but the next 2 were unstoppable and the last one, whilst placed similar to Nunez, did a much better job of selling the keeper to go the other way.

Holte End for me tomorrow, last time I watched Villa in the European Cup/Champions League from The Holte End was in 1983 versus Juve with my now dearly departed Dad.  A win for the old man would be super. Juve remain to this day the greatest footballing side I’ve ever seen at Villa Park.

I was in the Witton Lane stand that night next to the Juve fans! Absolutely brilliant match!

PSG are currently on a run of W20 D4 L1 and have lost 4 of 42 games this season.

Nerves starting to build now. Hopefully the players are excited for this one rather than nervous. An early goal for us would be nice so we can settle down and enjoy the occasion.

Anyone know how to undownload a ticket from Google Wallet, please? I can't go because I'm sick and looking to transfer ticket but it won't let me because I already downloaded ticket to Google Wallet. Ticket office not answering phone... I'm not after money just don't want the seat to be left empty and very keen to help potential recipient as he's been conned out of £100 online already.

I think we will score. In fact I’m certain we’ll score. So I’ve gone with 28-1 odds on both teams to score and Brugge to progress.

Can't you send whoever is going in your place the pdf ticket and then he/she can download it to their wallet? Would that work?

Thanks Clampy. I don't think it does, but I seem to have got around it by finding a button that "removes ticket from wallet", he tried link I sent again and it seems to have worked, now. Hopefully he doesn't get turned away at the turnstile now!

That's what you needed to do, remove ticket from wallet and then all good, your recipient should be fine

A friend has been scammed for tickets on Twitter by someone called
Lfc1_Connor - just a heads up in case anyone is looking for tickets.

LFCJoe isn't impressed. https://x.com/LFCJoe_/status/1899513530706956581

I'm guessing he was at it for last night's game.

That piano rendition of Allez, Allez, Allez gets me EVERY time! I need to be pumped, not a gibbering, emotional nervous wreck Villa!

If we do go out then I'm fully willing to accept all the responsibility since I've mocked the football Gods by purchasing a celebratory Chocolate Yazoo in advance of our progression to the Quarter Final.

Only you could do that.
