Ramsay has been better than rogers . Maatsen has been poor

Ramsey hasn’t given Maatsen much defensive help. He’s caught in a triangle of Neto, Palmer and Gusto.

We kept loads of clean sheets in 2022/23 when Emery first arrived. Fuck knows what's gone wrong.

It was just about the most organised Villa team I've seen.

Maybe we changed the shape too much this year

The game needs Rashford and Malen on at half time. Ramsey and Rogers have been very disappointing this half.

Rogers is not in the correct position to influence the game.

Yeah, him and Asensio played so well together when he came on in the right side position in the first game he played.

Since the start of 2024, Villa seem to have been lost in the Bermuda triangle.

That was a wank half.  Chelsea look suspect at the back but very good going forward.

Absolutely terrible. Played like a load of individuals, barely any quality anywhere.

God that was bollocks. The odd clever through ball at times aside, no real pressure on them at all. Their goalie looks vulnerable but we haven't made life nearly uncomfortable enough for him

Second half should be Digne for Maatsen, Garcia for Cash, try Rashford for Ramsey and Malen on for Watkins at the end when we are pressing for the lead. Hopefully we dont let in another five minutes in. We can do it (again).
