All sorts of opinions matter, but it's a bit of a stretch to be critical of 4 points on the road inside a few days, especially against a very impressive opponent today.
And put a couple of new manager bounces to bed with total efficiency.
I'll say it.
I think we're building to a very special season.
Let's try and enjoy the ride!

Great comeback when I thought we were finished after their second, both of which I thought we should have done better with. We even had a few chances to snatch a win.

Bloody hell the last few minutes were painful mind, we just couldn't seem to keep the ball and we got deeper and deeper.

Glad the handball was called, about the only decision we got all game from the ref.

We'll win the league with Emery long before Arsenal do with Arteta.

Special shout out for Morgan Rogers who got booked for telling the ref "you're fucking shit".

Delighted with the point. We didn't buckle and altered the game plan a bit to get back into it. If we have some luck with injuries, we could have a very decent run in.

The officials were corrupt no other word for it. Every single decision went to them , fouls, throws , corners not given that were, allowing them to take throws and free kicks from the wrong position leaving us out of position, the only fouls he gave us was to pull us back from a threatening counter . Even foul throws went unnoticed .
Thought for their two goals Kamara gave Trossard far too much time and space to pick a cross, Maatsen is asleep goal 1 , Martinez almost pulls off another worldie . Goal 2 cash gives too much time for the cross could Konsa and Mings have been tighter ? Though it was a perfectly measured cross , Martinez I think can do better with that one too.
We got away with a big Trossard miss at the end , again Cash has let him go.

Kai Havertz is fucking cheat. If he’s not holding his face or diving or handling the ball it’s always something.

Their whole team is a bunch of whining, cheats. They get it from their fans and manager.

Credit where it's due to the lads for that comeback against a very good team. No doubt that the Arse were the better team in the first half, but having said that, I thought we still had a few decent opportunities ourselves. Loving Morgan Rogers in midfield. He's an absolute beast.

Looking forward to going to work tomorrow, because although I work in Rochdale, there's quite a few Arse fans (Need to be careful saying Arse fans and Rochdale in the same sentence!). I can't wait to hear their moaning tomorrow. Think I'll wear something claret and blue  tomorrow.

That's also five unbeaten, which helps us build a bit of momentum.  We do need to string a few back-to-back wins together like Leicester/Everton, to keep the pressure on for Champions League places, but considering we'd all agree our form has been quite spotty so far this season, I think it's a testament to Unai's side that we're still only two points off a Champions League place, and we also have a few of the teams around us still to come to VP.

Say it quietly, but this is beginning to feel like one of those "coming in under the radar" seasons.

I thought it would be entertaining to dip into the Gooners forum. It's quite an experience. The level of insults towards our club and our city was vile. First off the matchday thread was titled Villa Vulvas. The rest was a pretty unhinged take on today's match and a random sprinkling of casual racism and and personal insults to our players and and especially our manager. There doesn't appear to be any moderators or if there is they're extremely lenient. They're so horrible as a fan base I can actually say something I never thought I would. I hope Liverpool win the league. There i've said it now. I'd better go and scrub myself.

They're easily the worst fans in the division.

The Trossard miss at the end was given as offside. Emi took the free kick from the edge of the 18 yard box.

I remember not so long ago seeing a clip of StuntPeg on Sky and they were all talking about Arteta and Emery (not 100% sure why?) and she was saying it was an insult to Emery to compare Arteta to him. Arteta has won nothing as a manager and Emery has had success every we're he's managed. The rest of them were shocked but I think ultimately agreed with her in the end.

Yeah but if he'd scored it would of gone to VAR and they'd of got the dodgy ruler out the drawer .

I’m not totally convinced the ball hit Havertz’s arm for the disallowed goal…..it looks like it came off the pointy pit of his hip bone.

But, hey ho.
Shit happens. We should have had a corner that wasn’t given.

Bailey was at fault for that one at end. Cash was dragged to the other forward. Our right flank was roasted really, Trossard was outstanding but Cash had little protection from Rogers or Bailey when he came in. Konsa is nowhere for the second, Mings slow to react too but Konsa can't be letting the ball across there. Defensively we were poor yesterday, I've been one of Torres biggest critics but I don't think Mings has had the expected impact in (re)organising that defence.
