All recent tickets from Villa for CL and FA cup games have had both options. Print or download to wallet.

not as hard it sounds, but someone with more technical knowledge will be able to help,I would also print it out just be on the safe side

Can someone explain how this actually works as never done this way before (not sure what an electronic wallet is) and how many days before do they arrive?

    Google wallet download required, when you receive your tickets it's asking if you want to add them to wallet, ask a younger family member they probably do it with thier eyes closed

Note: Google Wallet is for Android. If you have an iPhone you will need to download Apple Wallet instead.

Once you have the relevant app installed, you should be able to download the relevant ticket. Go into your ticket page on the Villa website (or download the Villa app and look there) and there will be a link to download to the relevant wallet once it's available.
