More than anything else we need a pacy winger, to give us more flexibility. The Diaby loss has been big - not because he was amazing, he was decent, no more - because we really struggle to stretch play and create space when teams pressure us. Bailey has struggled, and Philogene has been useless (talking purely in terms of output). It would make a big difference to us if we had that option.
