The BBC have listed all the English "Top Clubs" Rashford could go to, and why they wouldn't sign him.

Quote
Of England's top clubs, Manchester City and Liverpool seem a bit of a stretch, even with City in such poor form. Arsenal need a central striker – and Rashford doesn't like playing there. Chelsea appear to have spent enough. Tottenham are inconsistent but they are hardly likely to drop skipper Son Heung-min, who plays on the left.

For once I'm glad they don't consider us a "top club". Although I would have thought Rashford would be ideal to replace the soon-to-be 33yo Son.

Son is a consumate professional whereas Rashford is anything but. Although with 'Big Ange' trying to bomb out Werner and Richarlison there might be a spot there. They have the funds to make a deal happen but really dont think Levy would take a punt on him.

Rashford needs to decide if he wants to be a top level footballer again. If he doesnt then he can either continue to sit on his contract or there will be Saudi and US offers to keep the dollars rolling in. If he does then he's going to have to come to some kind of settlement with Man United to rip up his contract and take a hugely reduced deal in a different PL club. The PL clubs who could afford him (Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea) wouldnt want him and with PSR constraints the likes of a Newcastle couldnt make the deal happen. The ship has sailed on a decent European club coming in for him after his performances and behaviour in recent seasons. Maybe Man City might be open to a swap deal with Grealish.

I think he’ll go to PSG

Yup. They can afford it and have a very obvious gap in the squad for a forward who likes to cut in from the left.

One of very few teams who can afford him, very marketable, and as Greenwood is showing at Marseille he will probably score 30+ over there.

Hard to see him going anywhere else to be honest.

Unless the new Everton owners try and get him on loan for rest of the season? They’ll surely be looking for a forward of some description in January

I think Rudy Can't Fail's Kılıçsoy alarm has just gone off...

Hüseyin Yücel (Beşiktaş vice president): “Semih Kılıçsoy received an offer from Aston Villa. Monchi’s initial offer was €12m, then it went up to €15m. They also asked ‘Do you want Diego Carlos or Alex Moreno?’ I couldn’t get it accepted — the president said €15m is too little..”

Apparently, AC Milan are willing to offer  Samuel Chukwueze and/or Noah Okafor to Aston Villa in exchange for Jaden Philogene.

Isn't that the position that Barcola kid plays? PSG seem to have moved away from the big name/wage players. Maybe swap deal with Asensio.

We were linked with Chuck before he moved to Milan. I’d see that as an upgrade on JP, not sure why they’d be interested but they appear to do a decent job of rehabilitating English players.

Taking Young English players that aren't quite doing it over here and developing them seems to be a big part of who they are currently.
