Just in case anyone else is having the same issue, the Bayern game didn't appear in the 'Home Tickets' section to purchase tickets for me until I'd logged in to my account on the site (as a Claret member with Conference history last season).

Due to a monumental cock up I couldn’t get Bayern tickets and I refuse to pay for GA+. If anyone knows of 2 spares, ideally adult and U21 but happy to take anything, please get in touch.

Thanks!

I would keep an eye out on it because I suspect there will be some people who have been issued one from the cup scheme who didn't realise they'd opted in or who have changed their minds after the pricing.

So you may get some returned over the next few days.

Paid and received my digital ticket which it seems that I have to download it to my mobile - why?

I refuse to be dictated too, I am not senile yet and I don't identify as a sheep!

I have requested another option from Villa, perhaps a physical ticket (now that would be nice)?

I've got a plastic season ticket card. i have received an electric letter with something to upload to a phone I do not have. Here comes two hours trying to sort this out with (the usually helpful once you can talk to them)ticket office.

I am still awaiting my physical season ticket which they seem extremely reluctant to send to me although they have said twice that they will send it that same day.

It looks like I will be queuing at the ticket office on Saturday again to get a physical ticket to queue again to get in and miss the start of the game, wonderful!

I’m looking to take my lad to the Bologna game, he is member but didn’t go to any CL matches last year as it didn’t fall right, this game is during his half term, so would like to surprise him with this, I am eligible before him as being a member and going to previous CL and The Bayern game, but don’t want to risk waiting to the next window, does anyone have an eligible under 18 reference that won’t be attending that I could use for this??

Bologna tickets on sale today at the same price as Munich (?)  Those in the automatic cup scheme will see money out of their accounts today apparently.

Hmm this ticket system is awful.

I'm in the Champions League cup scheme. My mate who sits next to me has been charged for his ticket, but I haven't. The window to buy your seat is open, but when I go on mine says it's in reserve and asks me to confirm it. When I click confirm it puts mine and my mate's into my basket and tries to get me to pay.

So do I have a ticket or not? Why can I now pay again for my mate's ticket when his account has been charged? And why haven't I been charged when my ticket is now actually on sale?

It beggars belief.

I'm in the cup scheme also; obviously it isn't working properly.
It has been kind enough to reserve my seat; but just had to buy it manually.
Thought it would take the hassle out of buying tickets.
Will buy them on a game by game basis, next time.

There's now a section on your ticketing profile on the website called Ticket Scheme.

When I go on that, it shows mine and my mate's cup scheme entry. If I click mine and then the 'Tickets' button, it shows my Bayern Munich ticket as 'Fulfilled' and my Bologna ticket as 'Reserved (with pay info)'.

So despite being able to go and buy both mine and my mate's still, it does look like they're reserved and going to be processed.

I hope.  :-[

Anyone else in the cup scheme not been debited ? I'm assuming I'll now need to actually go in and pay for my tickets. Not a problem in itself but not what happened for the BM game when I was debited automatically.

My payment for Bologna had just shown as pending on my bank account. It looks like they are being processed in batches.
