Almost certainly not. Why would they sack him after a meaningless game when they have a vital quarter-final midweek?

I think he's safe if they finish seventeenth and win that cup. Will get sacked if they finish top half and don't.

Because they're shit. They sacked Mourinho before a cup final and he wasn't doing this shit.

Posh goalscorer Mills was a Villa youth player.... 😂  Add to that good old Jed Steer in goal.

Maybe. But if they were going to sack him based on league form he'd have gone ages ago. I assume when Mourinho was punted they still had hopes of turning the season around in the league. It doesn't matter this year.

Spurs fans hammering "Cuti". When did that happen?

Matty Cash must be rent free in there.

Ipswich must wish they could play us and Chelsea every week. They're heading for 8 points from the 4 games, they have 15 from the other 28 games.

Showing meaningful games doesn't seem absurd to me.

In terms of "meaningful", the reason they're showing this Liverpool match and all the ones after it is that there's a plausible set of results which meant it was the one in which they won the title.

And when fully 50% of weekend matches are being shown live, you can probably find space in your schedule to make sure you get that game, ahead of Forest and Everton trying to catch each other on the break.

Yes, deciding which week Liverpool clinch their tediously inevitable twentieth title is clearly more interesting to a neutral than whether Forest qualify for the European Cup for the first time since 1980.
