Does Emery rest most of the players tonight so we go strong v Liverpool or, do we go all out tonight and then flop at the weekend? I really feel for players these days, at the age where they are super fit but find it difficult to play a couple of games a week. All tongue in cheek of course.

The advantage Chelsea have is they have 40 man squad - since Unai's been here it appears hes been desperate to sign Felix - and we cant make it happen, yet he and chelsea can agree on a deal on a 7 year contract, with him on the bench.

Were still living with the fact that we overpaid for Carlos 3 seasons ago, and it limits what we can do, while chelsea have about 20 players of similar cost in there bomb squad

Yeah and i think chelsea have better backup options that we have but they have spent a stupid amount.

I do think that was our best chance of a trophy. Gutted

Yeah i know mate. I do really think that if luiz scored that penalty we could have gonw and won in greece.

we were not as good as we thought, the SF was a disaster , players bottling it missing pens etc

Just checked when Chelsea scored. 2-0, then it was 4-0, 6-0, and finally 8-0.
