Ange mate's post match interviews are a guilty pleasure of mine after Spurs have lost.

I love how we're getting bracketed in with the "boooring, same top 4 as last year" statements from commentators.

Surprised there was no VAR check for the goal. Gabriel got the space for the header by pushing the Tottenham player in the back. The defender should be stronger in that position, but it was worth a second look

What's the point in spending £7 million on someone so he can sit on West Brom's bench? Get him recalled.

Spurs are crap, Ange will be gone by the time the Christmas decorations go up.

I agree.  They look decidedly average to me.  Arsenal were there for the taking today and spurs didn’t open them up once.

The ultimate Spurs midfielder, flatters to deceive but gets talked up as if he's Pele.  He'll pick up a 4 month injury again soon no doubt.

A year ago some were saying we should have signed him rather than Tielemans.

I actually think Maddison is decent, but I also think Ange is a bit shit.

Id say thats a terrible result for spurs.  They were virtually full strength and arsenal had no CM.

Spurs spent 110m on solanke and richarldson. We spent 12m on duran just for some context

For a very short while I did think that out of the 3 Leicester players, Tielemans, Barnes, and Maddison, we got the worst one. I quickly changed my mind on that.

Part of that is because we were trying to play Tielemans in the attacking midfield role which is more Maddison's forte. But now we are playing Youri in the 8 role, it is working better. Today though Spurs seemed to have gone out with two strikers, two wingers and two attacking midfielders in Bentacur and Maddison, although the former can play other midfield positions apparently.

He has a nice landscaped garden though 😊
