Hard to see on TV. Gave a decent account of ourselves.

Bradford brought about 400-500 in the lower Witton. I guess there was about 800-900 in the two blocks of the Trinity that were opened.
It was looking like it could be a bit of a walk over to start with. Pierre scored a great goal but unfortunately there was a real cock up for their 3rd. Villa got better as the game went on and never gave up, if they could have converted one of their 2nd half chances it could have got interesting. Dreams of Wembley over and a relief for Small Heath seniors that they don.t have to face us.

Watched first half amd the age difference was very apparent, as we struggled to cope physically.

Did improve after about 20 minutes and the goal by Pierre was superb footwork amd a cracking finish.

I see the U21's can't defend corners any better than the first team?

Lovely bit of football for our goal.

Outmuscled for most of the night. A few looked like they might do something. Outstanding player was Bradley Burrows, a wonderfully easy runner who made our goal and might have had a couple himself with any luck. I believe he's already trained with the first team.

I think I've seen it said that Burrowes is the next one after Ben Broggio that big things are expected of. Burrowes was on the bench against West Ham last week.

Burrowes looks very promising, still only 16 as well.

Pierre is the one I'm keeping an eye on though because he seems to able to play anywhere.
