So Bruges or Dortmund (unless something weird happens).
I am torn between Brugge and Dortmu d. If we get Brugge it's almost a by but I would love to see the Villa take to the pitch at the Westfalenstadion.

Liked that Feyenoord kit in green and white, which also represents the colours of Rotterdam.

I sneaked into De Kuip a few years ago and inside their main entrance there were some photos showing them in green and white IIRC. May have been when they were Feijenoord

They've worn red and white since 1912, but have often had green and white as their away kit.

Their original kit in 1908 was quite nice as well. https://www.footballkitarchive.com/feyenoord-1908-09-home-kit/

Wow that’s mad. Well done on finding that.

I didn’t realise the green and white was the city colours and assumed it had been their home kit at some point.

The way Brugge played against us and then against Atalanta tonight makes me think that will be a really tough match.

Yeah, slightly torn on it. On the one hand, I want the easiest team possible. On the other, if we go out, it would be more palatable going out to a really good (non-English) team. We might not qualify again for a long time, if we got knocked out by a team from a Diddy League I'd always have that sense of having fucked it up again.

Watched the 2nd half of the Celtic game, for me they were so unlucky - played very well and Callum McGregor was very good in midfield (as he was down Villa Park)

I was surprised to learn that Bayern have the largest annual wage bill of any team in European football (more than Madrid, Man City etc...).

Almost a bye?! Blimey I wouldn’t be that complacent. Brugge are a good side.

Dortmund is like Narnia, hard to get to in public.

Honestly they are not very good and last night Atlanta should have mullered them. Everything went for them and it won’t happen again. We rested on the pitch at their place. Even a slight raise in effort would have seen us win that game. Let’s not fear gremlin shadows as usual.

Brugge isn’t a bye but it is a blooming great opportunity compared to some of the other teams we could be facing. It’s  like Cardiff at home. Not guaranteed at all but you’d take it beforehand.

Everything went for them against us too thanks to Tyrone. Maybe they're just the luckiest guys alive.
