Juve 2 up against Man City.

Man City play PSG(A) next. Man City are on 8 points, PSG are on 7 points in 25th place.

Lol, the proper big boys are finally back and these pair of no-marks fall to bits.

Kneel before our brick facade!!!

This league is tight.
We just need to beat Monaco.
And then Celtic.

5 more points would be great.
But we can only get 4 or 6.

I dont think we need to beat both to get top eight. Anyone figured out how many points needed to get top eight?

Loving this new format, going to be a right scramble in January to finish top 8.

Hmm. Does that take account of goal difference???

Draw in Monaco, then beat Celtic who more than likely will have nothing riding on this game.

If we get four points then our GD would only improve. The teams below us on twelve would have to win both so their GD wouldn't matter. As for the ones on 13 around us. If Lille improve their GD by at least 4 in games against Redscouse and Feynoord whilst only getting 4 points, then they fully deserve to be above us. And the same for Juve/Atalanta who need to win games against Benfica and Barca in their runs.

The problem with these % chance calculators is, as is shown by the fact that they change after every set of matches, that they're a load of bollocks.

I like this much more than trying to calculate whether we can eke out enough points to finish above Wigan and QPR to stay up.

I would prefer to beat Monaco so they can't finish above us. If we only draw and Celtic expectedly beat Young Boys, they might want to win to finish above us in the table still as they could finish on 15.
