A lot of the complaints about that statement are attacking the messenger. There's nothing in it to be upset about really -

"Thanks for making the game a sell out, we're sorry people have missed out. We understand you're unhappy about about the costs but this is why we did it. Thanks for your support and patience whilst we continue to improve on and off the pitch."

If Nas or Wes put their name to it no-one would be calling it smug or arrogant or calling them a wanker. I get people are upset with Heck but it's got to the point now where anything he says or does gets a couple of pages of complaints on here. Can the contempt be held back for when he does things that actually deserve it like the disabled parking thing or when the original prices for the CL matches were announced.
