If there are going to be protests this weekend i hope they are all kept outside of the ground . Emery and the players don't deserve any of the negativity.

Don't worry, it's only Everton. There could be 90 minutes of booing at VP, we'd still win 3-0 leaving Pickford with his big, angry, red face.

So, after almost an hour on the phone, waiting to claim my ST seat for the Bayern game, I'm told that I'm already in the cup scheme and have been since I bought my season ticket. The Bayern game has already been debited from my account. This was news to me as I certainly didn't knowingly join the cup scheme. Anyway, I've dropped it now as I can't attend every game. Anyone else unwittingly joined the cup scheme?
I have to say, the phone process was pretty painless and the staff member I spoke to was very helpful.

Apologies if it's been covered before, but is it possible to unhitch your online Villa account from automatic cup ticket purchase without having to phone up the over-stretched ticket office?  I can't see anything on my a/c pages which allow for this.

I did request it at renewal, but now I want out of automatic purchase of eye-watering ticket prices.

I think you can do it by sending a DM to @AVFCSupport on Twitter.  Include your name and fan ID.

Just brought my ticket for the Bayern game (in for a penny or in this case £79.00)

Still undecided about attending - can get one tomorrow (I think) as am a member and went to conference league last season.

I've just bought mine too. It might be the only one I bother with.

Was told to contact the Premium Team directly on GA+ getting easy access to the aways.

Anyway, got my ticket. Upper B13, it's more like a normal away this rime choosing your seat.

Ads, rjp posted some imteresting info on the away tickets thread which seems to suggest only 10% of tickets for Hosp/GA+

17 games to go all the way . I'd estimate as a fan to follow it all the way is minimum £6000 with all the flights etc , possibly nearer to £10,000 in reality.

Yes, the seat numbers aren't contiguous.  They jump from 633 to  705.  They've been given between 140 and 160 which is much more reasonable.  Given recent events, I hope you can forgive me for fearing the worst :)

Tickets for the CL final alone go for almost that much on resale  platforms. It we get to the final, many Villa fans will be forking out thousands for a match ticket, just as many of us did for the Euros Final.

Liverpool v Spurs CL final tickets were going for £9,000 each or example.

Football can be bloody expensive, especially when you are talking about reaching finals and going to every game.

There will be zero shortages of takers for any Villa tickets available wherever, whenever, formal, informal, official or unofficial in the event we get to latter stages (QF onwards).

With tickets being non-refundable, what are the options if you then can't go?
