Did anyone on here, get home tickets for the last Bruges game, and what was it like?

Yes, sat in the home end behind the goal with my son. It was fine.

Beautiful city and really enjoyed the trip last time but that Brugge away end was like going back  to the 1980's. Awful place to watch football..
Totally agree, I thought it was a death trap and glad that we didn’t score.

I got four together behind the ‘away’ goal. Didn’t have any issues at all. There were quite a few other Villa in there, as well. Obviously, we didn’t score, so there was no reactions from any home fans

Common sense at last.

Agreed, happy with that criteria.

Not happy about having to get up at noon to make sure wifey gets on the site though.

Personally disappointed as I missed the Bologna game but it’s only fair that all those who have done all 4 home games get first dibs. Looks like it’ll be a late start to work on the Monday!

Liverpool in the QF would be a let down in terms of Champions League glamour ties, but it would also be a great draw in the sense that we play them regularly, we know how they work, we really should have beaten them mid week there, and all in all I think there'd be less fear or intimidation there. Also a lot less travel involved.

Obviously we have to get there first.
Yeah, my dad was saying he’d rather us play Liverpool over 2 legs in the knockout rounds than play them in a final where they’ll be spawny gits like they always are. So he’s happy with the draw in that regard

Me, I don’t mind who we beat on our way to the final. And then extend our unbeaten record against Bayern Munich. Just hope we don’t have to sub on Olsen in the first few minutes!

Seems a good draw to me.
Don't let Mings near any goal kicks, we have the beating of them.
Onto the next round if everyone's favourite scallywags get through.
We can show that shinny headed ungracious twat that Villa park is a real football Olympus to travel to, and yes maybe we put on a fireworks display before the game and singe their arses  during the game.

UEFA should have done a parallel draw for the Villa’s centre back pairings.

Concur with Lenny here I was down in the front in the same section and no issues and a few Bruges fans knew I was English. Usual rules apply though, don’t be a dick and sit on your hands.

Are the tickets sent electronically or are they actual tickets. We have friends that moor a barge in Eeklo and may use their address

I was in the opposite end to the away fans by the corner flag. Mings picked the ball up in front of me so I knew immediately it would be a penalty.

Knew at least half a dozen other Villa fans in there. It was fine but mainly because we had nothing to cheer. I think that given the beer drunk that afternoon it may have been different if we’d scored as Villa fans would have probably celebrated.

Print at home or e-ticket. One of ours was off a WhatsApp pic of the ticket. No ID checks either.

Anyone know if there will be a showing of the away leg at Villa Park? I was hoping to watch the Barcelona youth game live then the first team match on TV.
