Think of it as a "VIP" Fast lane for the customers who pay the most .

I have got a payment confirmation from the club (doesnt say what for but its for the price of 2 Bayern tickets). The option to buy my own seat has gone but there are no tickets to view on the website or app. Am I safe to assume that I have these tickets? Thanks

It's not separate though, it's still based on the criteria.

They changed the way away game criteria, there are 1 of 2 reasons for this 1. Make it more open to other fans (this hasn't happened as points or games attended would still be the same people) or 2. This is most likely to manipulate the system so that they can get GA+ season ticket holders in by giving them more points than GA season ticket holders so they jump to the front of the queue

I dont think it is and haven't seen anything to suggest it. People were saying this last season too and it wasn't true then.

Just shy of 40% of our Young Boys allocation going to corporate/GA+ is utter bollocks.

See if you can open your online account. Under 'tickets' they show between Ipswich and Man Utd.

So you haven't see the blocks that are being held for them then?

I've seen that they have a specific block, I've not seen anything to suggest that they don't need to meet the same criteria, same as last year. The idea that we're handing out 700 seats to people who may not have done 5 aways minimum last year seems far fetched.

If you opted in to the cup ticket scheme (which I did without dreaming they would be eye-wateringly expensive) how do you receive your ticket? Are they added to your digital season ticket?
I phoned this morning (only took 1 hour at 5th attempt of not being cut off) and was told payment would be taken today which it was before midday and told eticket would be emailed later today.  Not received anything yet. Knowing the expertise of the ticketing system I am concerned that if I have not received the email by deadline on Monday, Mr Heck will sell my ticket again even though I have paid for it !
Same here.
Payment taken but as of yet no email with ticket details.

I wonder how many GA+ tickets they would hold back for, let's say, Carlisle away in the League Cup or whatever it's called, for a Wednesday night in January.

From what's happened in the last week things like that for this club aren't far fetched at all, in fact I'd say in the words of Heck they are On Brand

We don't make any money out of it so I doubt he'd care.

The Bayern tickerts aren't showing up on the site for me yet, given i'm a claret member rather than season ticket holder, should i expect the option to show up before tuesday / wednesday or is there a glitch?

Have you tried switching your banking account off and switching it on again?
