Please can we smash them 3-0 to give us that now almost mythical 9 point cushion over Spurs, but also a lovely big GD advantage?

Thank you.

I predicted 3-1 to Villa before the game yesterday by the way. Thank me later.

1-1

They've sadly improved the last couple of months, the Man City semi was their first defeat in over 2 months, a run that started with the cup game at VP. I wouldn't be devastated with a point either.

Actually you can the LC final as I forgot that wasn't pens and they lost in extra time,

Mind you they play away at Arsenal tomorrow so a good twatting and some red cards plus a few little injuries wouldn't be a disaster.

Really want to beat them. That FA Cup defeat really pissed on my chips that day.

Even in the 60s and 70s when they were rubbish they represented everything wrong with football. They even represented things wrong with football then that hadn't even started to go wrong with the game !
A horrible soulless disreputable entity of an organisation and the antithesis of Aston Villa, bracket them with Dirty Leeds.
Apart from the highly important matter of creating a nine point gap between us and Spurz, we need to absolutely slaughter these London big time charlies to at least contribute to returning them permanently to their pre-Abramovich rubbishness.

No no, as having restricted choice may make Pochettino stumble upon picking a decent team. He needs full squad available to make a mess.

Don't do it boss, don't play Luiz and Youri in the middle. I don't give much of a shit who is left out, I just want McGinn in there. I'd start Youri further forward instead of Diaby but I'm not too fussed eitherway.

McGinn has been brilliant in the middle, he needs to stay there as Edgy rightly says.

It has to be McGinn and Dougie with Tielemans in the advanced role.  Youri's passing in that space is crucial, and although he has done well the last couple of games, he doesn't have the engine that the other two have.

I really think we ought to play all three. We'll need that extra control.
