They were bailed on a £2,000 surety to appear in January.  If they don't, which they probably won't, they lose the money and will have a warrant out for their arrest which means they can't get back into the UK. Magistrates aren't always daft.

I must have missed this, I remember saying that there didn't look to be anywhere near 3000 in that car park.

So am I missing something here, why didn't they just distribute the tickets they did have to those there? And if they didn't ever have any intentions of going inside, why come to the ground rather than staying where they were?
