All this ultra talk is making me wonder whether I should be taking my 11year old.  Should be ok in the trinity lower though?

Of course they'll be fine. The might see a few fireworks to talk about at school on Friday.

Very true! He would never forgive if we didn’t go!

If they are afraid of people marching with sparklers then stay at home

That’s so fucking insensitive. He might well be fine but these aren’t just people with sparklers. A young kid might get frightened. It was a concerned parent that ask the question.

Not my son.  He wears his noise cancelling headphones when we go to fireworks displays and sometimes has to wear them at Villa Park when he struggles with the noise.

But thanks for your input.

With the amount of planning that's gone into this one I'll be amazed if we so much as see a Pole who isn't surrounded by police.

He must have been well chuffed when Danny Ings did this last season then for another mascot (assuming this isn't your son).

I hope you guys have a great evening, my Lad is 11 and doesn’t particularly like crowds and noise, but bloody hell he loves it at the Villa 😊
