Thank you. How on earth was that not a penalty?

If we made some noise they will have to remove whoever was VAR to filling the water bottles next week but I guess we won’t.

I said in the pre match thread 2-0 Villa and a stroll in the park for our players. Well we got 3 and could have been more. Strange game as at no point did I feel we were under any pressure and didn’t feel nervous for a change. Totally dominated from beginning to end.
Lots of good performances but Cash edges it for me. Bailey poor again apart from the assist and Buendia gave the ball away far too often but still a good result.

We looked very comfortable, even if we didn’t flow too well between the first ten and the last ten. I thought they looked very well drilled and disciplined in formation and we had to be very patient to lure them out of shape.

Very difficult to pick a MOM with Emi, Ming, Konsa, Moreno, Cash, Dougie and McGinn all having claims but I thought Ramsey shaded them all, we look a different team with him carrying the ball through the midfield, today he looked like the player we all thought he’d become.

It’s great isn’t it?
I’ve been taking mine since he was 5 and now he’s 28 and we still love it.

Not to come over all Flinty, but I’m pissed  off about all those empty seats having been online last night and told it was all sold out.

That picture was at half time just after the downpour, wasn't it?

Maybe. Was it full up there during the game?

Looks a fair bit emptier than the bottom tier anyway.
No that section was not full but remember Percy Bmouth returned the upper tier allocation and we probably decided to put that section on sale to home fans a bit too late.  So a gap between you being told we were sold out to more seats becoming available maybe?

That’s great mate. Glad the team put up a bit of a show for the young man.

Bailey made the first with a killer ball across the six yard box for Luiz.

Yeah I mean Bailey get an assist, as did Ollie, and Buendia scored. It’s a bit harsh to say they didn’t turn up.

No, I didn’t try to get one until a day after they announced they’d been returned. Somebody above said they were only available by phone, which explains why they were not showing on the website. But annoying that when I tried on the phone at around 10am yesterday morning the recorded message was a curt ‘the ticket office is closed’.

Anyway, I’m getting memberships for me and the babby so we get that little head start in future. I can’t see us getting to the top of the waiting list until the new stand is open.

That’s one of the nicest things I’ve read on this site.
