I knew I should never have bought that very Emery Christmas jumper.  It never is.

Is it a coincidence the premier league are shafting us after nassef publicy had sympathy for citeh? Bit of a coincidence

They aren't shafting us. So the rest of your post is rendered meaningless.

If a additional ban is given you dont think its shafting us ? Also pedro got away with no punishment  for a intentional violent conduct? I would say we have been shafted on that alone. If pedro got the same punishment  then i would say your right

I think the player would be represented by someone with some legal experience during the hearing, however I hope we don't try to Citeh it like you suggested. That would be embarrassing.

Since when has making sure Duran gets treated inline with how others have been treated see previous examples posted on this thread been embarrassing.

This is prime example as to why society is in such a mess when you have people saying that defending yourself and making sure they get treated in a fair way is embarrassing

Well I seemed to have stated he will get representation in the hearing, but the embarrassing bit was the suggestion to go and pay loads of money to get some legal person to "expose their incompetence and inconsistencies." Especially as the first charge (the red card) has been upheld so stating "it wasn't a red" is not going to be enough. Also there has been at least two examples this year of the FA charging people for their reactions after red card offences already so not sure on the inconsistency elements either.

Behind the scenes we dont know what goes with the referees, FA , pl etc. We certainly have been getting much worse decisions this year than last year. It cant be just pure incompetence in my opinion.

I know its coming across abit conspiracy theory but man we have had so many terrible decsions go against us this year

I'd love to be your boss, I could treat you how I wanted get my mates at my level and above to back me up (because that's all the appeal was mates protecting their mates) and youd just accept it because you'd obviously find it too embarrassing to challenge the decisions.

If people don't fight to challenge these incompetence / inconsistencies and their mates protecting these people from their incompetence then nothing will ever change. Again like I said society is in a mess because there is too many people that are happy to sit back accept being treated badly.

I think you're imagining this playing out like Tom Cruise at the end of A Few Good Men.

In reality, it would be like Forest paying Mark Clattenburg loads of money to complain on Twitter about decisions made against them.

No it wouldn't because we'd be doing with lawyers who could make a difference whereas Forest did it with an ex ref who could do absolutely nothing other than put out pointless statements that had 0 impact on anything.

I'm prepared to do time over this issue, even though I can't remember what it is. I'm bloody furious though. Has anyone written to the UN? Actually, no point. They're all Sheffield Wednesday fans with an agenda.

With respect, it would definitely make no difference at all.

I would love to have you as my boss as well. Sounds like it would be so funny working under you and your imaginary mates.

At a guess, Forest would also have used lawyers being as the FA charged them over their statements. They only got fined an additional Ł750k.
