Best (or most reassuring) bit of the interview I felt was the respect shown to Ollie (great player, great person, incredible last season, England star, helps the team), which has sometimes been lacking (Palace away last season springs to mind).

Looks like he has had another strop at training

From 11.01 - seen talking with Emery and coaches, looks like he is complaining about something then next you see him walking off whilst all the others train.

I like his chaotic mentality and his obvious ability but if he is becoming a distraction to the team then he needs sorting out

No, nothing to worry about there. He merely pointed out to Unai that Brum airport was chaotic and we better get there early so Unai said have you packed? He said oh fuck I better go and do that.

I also heard he was complaining that there was no Ron Medellin Gran Reserva stocked at BHX Duty Free, so he went off to source some online.

I like the guy for his explosive style but if a offer of 75m+ came in for him we would be crazy to say no

That would sort us out for FFP for years

The lads are just ignoring his childishness. Last one to turn up, Mings had to get hold of him to join the group, he couldn't be arsed with the first exercise, eventually turning his back on the game - after a quick look at the other group by the camera it returns and Duran is nowhere to be seen. Looks like he was sulking because he wanted to be in the third group with Carlos.

Unai obviously isn't taking his shit and told him to disappear. The problem for Unai is he can't be seen to reward that type of behavior but in doing so weakens us. All that said, he may have had a dodgy curry last night and still has the shits.

Nobody has a clue what that conversation was about so why jump to conclusions and start judging him based on them?!

Exactly. He might just have needed a wee.

Or a Richard the third like Bayern when I've never seen a player sprint down the tunnel faster since Tommy Johnson

Duran has talent and is spectacular at times but I would shudder if we lost Ollie to injury and he became our target man.
