I'd love to be your boss, I could treat you how I wanted get my mates at my level and above to back me up (because that's all the appeal was mates protecting their mates) and youd just accept it because you'd obviously find it too embarrassing to challenge the decisions.

If people don't fight to challenge these incompetence / inconsistencies and their mates protecting these people from their incompetence then nothing will ever change. Again like I said society is in a mess because there is too many people that are happy to sit back accept being treated badly.

I would love to have you as my boss as well. Sounds like it would be so funny working under you and your imaginary mates.

Not as much as I'd love it. I could do what I wanted and you'd find it too embarrassing to do anything about it. I would literally have so much fun

Someone in the crowd at the darts tonight is waving a “Justice for Duran” cardboard sign.

You sound like you’d be a really nice bloke to work for.

What kind of things would you have so much fun doing to people you feel won’t stand up to you, having rounded up a few mates to join in?

Do you not have fun doing these things to people you feel might stand up to you? Maybe you need to round up more mates to pick on those people.
