Who you calling dickhead ? It snowballs tho dont it and then transcends to shit atmosphere at the game and i guarantee if we are losing tonight the boos will start from the very " dickheads" that comment on obscure forums like this !!  The fans need to get behind the manager and the players tonight .

Konsa has gone off the boil ever since his England call ups. Far too casual for me and a bit too arrogant at times

Getting moved from full back to centre back isn't helping. Far too much getting through the midfield screen too obviously.

He has also been in our defence for all but one of out CL games, and the one he missed we conceded because of his replacement.

An excellent point well made - and what a way to concede! (and i Love Mings but that was unforgivable)

Sadly not the first Villa player that can be said of.

I would also question McGinn and certainly his ability to drive this team in game, especially when his own perfomances have at times been awful.

It just needs to click, we need teams fearing us again by actually looking like we might score.

I wasn't calling you a dickhead, I was advising against being one, which you ignored.

Shall we say that we've both left our studs in on one, call it there and not do it anymore?

Our CL fixtures have been a little fortunate. Young Boys are lower-Ch'ship level, Bologna have been robbed of the manager and some of the players who over-achieved to get them into the CL and Bruges are another very limited team who we completely gifted a win to.

That leaves Bayern - who, let's be honest, played most of the football at VP and Durán's goal was a one in a hundred effort. Juventus were missing half a team and came for a point.

The PL is a harder competition than we're finding the CL group-stage. I'd fancy Bournemouth and Brentford to do as well in it as we have so far to be honest.

What utter crap!

When you break it down, as Eamonn has, there’s not much to disagree with really. That’s in no way belittling what we’ve achieved so far as we’ve done brilliantly it’s just the way it is. 3 tough games still to play.

It's certainly looking good for the match thread.
