Rest him sunday if spurs don't win tonight

Rest him for what? He could do with not starting but I think he would want to be involved in the last match still.

No chance. Players like Bailey are carrying us over the line.

Just depends how much of an injury he's carrying.  If he's having injections etc to get on the field then it would make sense to start his recovery straight away.  If it's just a knock and he wants to play, then yeah, let him enjoy it.

I saw this one, it’s on one of the PL round up shows the PL make. Might be on the PL app or maybe they have a YouTube channel.

He is playing with a knee injury do you not see the tap on his knee? Why play him if its a meaningless game? Give him a breather and let kellyman get a go unless of course spurs win tonight then thats a different thing altogether.

We cant risk baileys knee injury getting worse if we can avoid it

Bring him on in injury time to get a deserved ovation.

There was a point in the first half where he pulled up under no challenge in front of their fans, and I thought that's it, we've finally bost him.

About 30 seconds later he was bombing to the touchline to make that chance that Carlos fucked up from a yard.

Yeah, I can absolutely see the point in resting him. Why risk making an injury worse if he's not needed? Let him get the coladas out.

The transformation in Bailey from the idea of him being a bit of a fair weather, inconsistent winger into an absolute warrior and leader in this team is maybe the most astonishing and impressive development in any player this season - which is saying something given how much Unai has improved the whole squad.

I wouldn't trade him for anyone now, the quality and leadership he has shown particularly in the last few months, clearly playing through the pain barrier, has been incredible. Rarely do you think a player of his type would play that kind of role in a team, but I'm amazed by how he's stepped up.

Would have had another brilliant assist last night too were it not for our miss of the season! What a player.

Yeah, I remember that. On the replay they showed the player behind him stood on his standing foot - but something you can run off, thankfully!

Oh, hadn't seen that in the ground, I thought his hamstring had gone pop or something.

Still only 26 too, he'll be great in the Champions League and is an absolute joy to watch.
