When he's at his best, it's like there's two of him. He's going to shine under this manager, I have no doubts about that.

If we keep creating space like we did v ManU then he undoubtedly will.

Pete the Candian on Holy Trinity made a great point about Bailey

4 goals now at VP
All at the Holte end
Playing for 4 different Managers:  Smith / Gerrard / Danks / Emery

speaking of the Holte, I quite like us attacking that end to start games

Well how amazing. Did you see it when he beat 4 players. Come on now. That was truly world class.
Mesmerising!
Not only that LB played delightful pass into path of Watkins after bamboozle of the Man Utd players which unfortunately was not controlled by OW.
The skill by Bailey in beating 4 players was wonderful.

That was great. On a disappointing evening, hopefully that was a further sign that he's the real deal after all. Unleash him on Brighton, please.

Is there a gif yet of his dancing through their midfield and the ball to Ollie? It'll be on the youtube reel when we sell him to his next club. Bloody marvellous.

Yeah, I understand the sentiment behind attacking the Holte in the second half, but when you think about it, it's quite negative. The assumption being that we're going to be behind or level at HT and in need of a boost.

Dominate and kill the game in the first half and we don't have to worry about that. We can sit back a bit and score at will on the counter at the Witton end.

I'm disappointed in Leon Bailey having a little dig at their Martinez, seemingly in revenge for Sunday.

He should have ripped his bollocks off. And choked Fernandes with them for good measure.

Bailey run

Bailey run - superb

Watkins touch - not quite so superb

After that he went down clutching his leg. A tad embarrassed more than injured. It reminded me of a school cup game 30 year ago and a player missed an absolute sitter. He went down and blamed an imaginary crater in the floor.

Like a horse trying to control a beachball.  Again.
