Starting for me ahead of Bailey against Everton
Unfortunately Bailey is our only attacking player with pace, play Buendia instead and defenders can move another 10 yards up the pitch.
Although I do like the option of Emi with fresh legs off the bench.

The fact Dortmund and Villa have both played this weekend’s fixtures, Malen could be signed by Monday and integrated by Everton.

Two good cameos for Emi, he knows he is fighting for his future and hopefully has one with us as he obviously loves the club and is popular.

Buenida to start in champions league.
He's been asking for game time.
Seems very much like play me or loan me out.
This is his opportunity v Monaco.
I hope he has learnt not to get caught out on the ball allowing for Monaco to break away and have chances.

All the very best to him and his hard work for being selected.
Credit him there

Well one of those three is true.

I was wondering if that was a shop window selection and performance against Monaco.

I think there's a possibility of him still leaving this window and us bringing in a replacement.

Unlike Carlos, I imagine we'll sign someone before EB would be moved out, as it was well documented moving on Carlos about since summer. If Buendía goes on loan, it would set the wheels in motion for his exit in the summer.

Finances must be dicatating we sell and reduce the wage bill significantly  , which would mirror the figs we saw earlier in the week

Highly unlikely. Players and their wages are budgeted for.

Yeah but 96% of income on wages isn't going to be allowed . 70% max under the new rules .

When are they introduced?  Isn’t there a grace period whilst it is measured but no punishment?

In other words, does anyone have a link to details about the changes?
