Anyone know what happened to him yesterday?

Went skiing.

Stopped off to buy a huge Toblerone and sat guarding it on the team bus all evening.

As long as it was a coconut one and not that god awful ginger one

They make coconut tobelerone?! 🤯  why mess with a perfect product.

Its unbelievable mate trust me. The ginger one though is horrific

For someone who was defending Swinkels and Bogarde as "young players so don't be abusive to them"........

And I've been abusive how exactly to him genius?

Maybe you might want to look the word up in the dictionary son before trying to troll for effect like you usually try to do

How were people being abusive to Swinkels and Bogarde?

They were making exactly the same sort of comment you just made, but hey, it's ok for you.

I haven't seen anything from Philogene that tells me he's going to make it at Villa.  Should have sent him out on loan or taken the sell on fee, if there was one.

He may well come good but he's been crap so far. Doesn't look near to being PL level yet.

He is waffling and making up things as he does. Ill call him out on his bullshit. Go look in the bogarde and swinkel threads if you dont believe me

Give him time. He needs more minutes. He's a talent, he should be fine under Unai's guidance.

I don't see it. He just looks like a bog standard, meat-and-two veg level Championship winger to me.

Jaden looks like exactly what he is to me, a kid who had a really good season in the second tier. He might develop, hopefully he will, but he might not. It’s why when people would getting the ticker tape out for selling Diaby I thought it was massively premature. For all of his struggles Diaby contributed to 19 goals last year, if Philogene gets a third of that I’ll be surprised- and I don’t really blame him, he shouldn’t have been the replacement.

I agree paul. I think asking someone young who hasnt played much PL football to replace someone of the calibre of diaby was a big mistake.

I think diaby today would have changed game for us.  But jaden just looked lost and very light weight. Kept falling over and easily knocked off the ball. He will definitely need to toughen up at this level

I dont think that he is a replacement for Diaby - I think there two seperate unrelated decisions that just happened to conincide.  I think it was a mistake to sell Dibay and not replace him.  I see Philogene a bit like the purchase of Dobbin, or Ned.  Its a talented young player who might be up to this the PL.
