Chelsea have banged on about expansion for decades. Obviously Battersea never happened and their current ground is severely constrained with what they can do.
Maybe they'll move to Surrey or similar

Off the top of my head you can add Forest, Ipswich, Palace and Leeds to the list of clubs who are talking about expanding their stadium.

It's frustrating that we talked a big game right up until the moment we became successful on the pitch then started acting small time off it. Two year's ago the plans they outlined were so ambitious and gradually been completely watered down until the latest in which they laughably have rebranded the inadequate 1970s North Stand as 'historic'.
Leeds going up to 53k,Leicester 45k, Arsenal 80k, Chelsea to go huge in the near future. Even Small Heath talking up a 60k stadium.* Villa Park expansion has got to happen just to keep up. It's a case of when and how big. We will have to take short term pain for long term gain. Move away from Villa Park for a couple of seasons being the most likely option. I'm guessing Cov would be most likely.

* Only likely happen when they qualify for Champions League football.
Surely Leeds aim is 530K?

No, the reports were they want to expand the Emirates, not leave it.

No, it said that they were planning on expanding capacity, but if that was not possible then they "may" have to look at relocating.
