I've heard the builders are installing a new drainage system, so instead of running the sprinklers at half time to wet the pitch, they can use the steady supply of urine from the stands.

Councils around there seem to realise what an asset having a world famous football club on your patch is, and all of the income it creates for the area. They'll no doubt all work hard to get Man U a new stadium and totally redevelop wherever it is. We had to go cap in hand just for a half decent train station that can handle a few more passengers.
It looks like the kind of flat-roofed pub on an estate that fey boys from the Shires like me are too scared to enter.
