How on earth could they enforce that, and what would it involve? A mean stare, a few words shouted at the kicker, what?

I'd imagine the keeper will have to go straight to his line and won't be allowed to move off it until the kicker is set. And won't be allowed to give the kicker a Chinese Burn/blow raspberries/slag off his Mom. Or open his gob at all until the kick is taken most probably!

It was brilliant.

I remember that match against Hull where Sidwell (warming up, of course, as it wasn't 75 minutes in yet) quickly threw a ball that went into touch to Gabby to take a quick throw for Milner to lob their keeper.

I had my Hull supporting brother in law sat next to me in the UT that day, and he turned to me and had one of those facial expressions you only really see from displeased football supporters.

As much as I love Emi as our and Argentina goalkeeper and leader I think its only a good thing for football that antics at shootouts will be scrutineered and that such non sporting behaviour stopped.

Such behaviour is clearly not in touch with the spirit of the game and thats clear with the reagrd to the IFAB clamping down and BANNING such antics.
The actual rules of the game are being amended to stop it.
So no one can now argue its fine!
