They just threw up worst Prem tables ever for goals / points at this stage , saints are smashing it , we are in the mix though 15/16 which they had to bring up as the laughing hyaena is on . He laughed it off understandably.

Well he was only Club Captain - it was a bit of laugh sinking Villa.

Of all the leeches at Villa over the last 40 years nobody surpasses him.

Lescott and Richards were both completely crocked when we signed them, particularly Richards. While they are both leeches they signings should never have been signed off in the first place (thanks tactics Tim). Agbonlahor always strikes me as the one though. Supposedly Villa through and through but went completely off the rails and became a fat waste of space (Blues matches aside).

Big Meeks is forgiven now, he's such a friendly bear of a pundit. Hope he welcomes Cates with open arms (not literally, that may be cancellable).

Nice to see Kelly Somers hosting. Always thinks she's decent on Final Score and would prefer see her to get the nod ahead of Kelly Cates,

Happy with that, seem good choices to me. Until, of course, they say anything mildly unflattering about Villa or don't have a scraped one-nil Villa win against Burnley at the top of the running order in which case they can, obviously, fuck right off, the evil bastards.

Correct. All professional, competent and knowledgeable. But, two are women so prepare for incoming Gammon Rage,

It's great to see two women presenting, but do they have to be duaghters of famous international footballers? Is that a pre-requisite?

At least they've never murdered a Beatle. Or, if they did, they've managed to keep it quiet.

It's more or less how they got their break I imagine but they are good at what they do.

That the BBC need to even mention it in their article is disappointing. It doesn't matter if they are the best for the job. Stating it suggests they wouldn't have got the job otherwise, or feels at least like an explanation of the reason for them getting the gig.

They are indeed.

I feel a bit churlish with that as I have no issue with, and indeed want to see more of women in these areas of sport, just sick of finding out that every bloody face I see on the telly is the son or daughter of someone that was already famous.
