No not really. “They did a superb piece on our first goal. So nothing to complain there.

Cooper moaned it wasn't a foul, they showed that even slowed down it was one that at best was 50/50 so no it wasn't a mistake. Then it was all on how well worked the free kick was. I suspect it was all to piss off Danny Murphy again, especially as Joe congratulated McPhee at the end of his piece.

It would have been nice if they'd talked about the winning goal rather than why our first goal may have been chalked off.

Yep, 'it was a 50/50 decision on the challenge, Villa worked a good free kick but Leicester should've defended it better' seems okay to me.

I think Tim thinks Villa on MOTD should be spoken about like a round of golf by Kim Jung Un in North Korea.

I actually thought Joe Hart was decent as an analyst - especially talking through Villa's first goal; and for some of the other games.

He's definitely a cut above Danny Murphy who was moaning that Leicester should have closed us down better.

I didn't notice us in the opening credits - barring a quick flicker of Buendia's shirt when they were going through some of the number 10s of various clubs; and didn't show either of our goals in the end credits, when they showed goals from the other games.

I haven't seen this MOTD but he has always seemed fine to me. I'll take the lack of "personality" and better punditry over a Micah style any day.

I watched the game yesterday on Irish TV , they had excellent pundits over there , Kenny Cunningham (I know) is excellent and was hugely complimentary about Villa . Damien Delaney also a very good pundit

I thought Joe Hart was good too. Made Murphy look very one dimensional, which was nice.
There is an image of Watkins in the opening credits, sliding on his knees after scoring
