I have little interest in Baseball, but this did seem quite interesting. Both teams had gone an age without winning the World Series. Indians 3-1 up in the series, but come back to win.

I went to sleep at the end of the 8th thinking the chance had gone for the cubs.  When I got up it was superb, but I had to get off to work. Just got back.
I must say, it was enjoyable watching with you and PWS last night. It's been a long day today, but definitely worth staying up for.  Never to be forgotten!! Thanks to both of you!

Long day at work Johnno, if it is any consolation I didn't get to sleep until 1am here as I was a giddy as a schoolgirl. I must have had 10 heart attacks during the game but thankfully it went in our favour. It is up there with villa winning the cup in 1994 and 1996, baseball can be so good like that. So close to losing then seconds later 108 years of waiting is over. Crazy!

For several years I used to record the WS games and watch them as-live (fast forwarding a bit) first thing the next morning.

It was a great final game, I have been a Cubs fan since i went to Wrigley Field to watch them about 8 years ago
