This game is a write-off, I'm afraid (3-1 to them)   :'(

Thinking about the next 2 home games now. Surely we can beat Brentford and/or Southampton? Surely?

We are sometimes better as underdogs , played at well at Liverpool for example . We need to defend our own corners better today

Why is it a write off? You'd think we were playing Brazil' 70 with our team from 86-87 the way some people are going on.

While Chelsea are a good side, with lots of options, they are certainly not the world beating team some would make out. Likewise we are not as bad a side or in as much of a downturn as the results might suggest to the lazy.

Tightening up at the back & a bit more composure in the last third & we'd be in the top 3.

But today I think we'll be battered....

Chelsea didnt even look half decent last year but at villa park they completely tore us apart in the cup and the second half. We were lucky we didnt lose the league game tbh

They do look vulnerable at the back so its if unai decides to go more aggressive than what we have a majority of the season.

Keeping palmer quiet is the key

Philogene starts Bailey on the bench.  Still no Onana.

I think the key will be if Ollie takes his chances. If he takes one or even two I’d fancy us to keep it tight.

cant keep missing sitters , its not too bad if the goalie makes a worldie but that was a crap finish just like arsenal and spurs before , these are costing us.
